Crown and Anchor is all about traditional hand cranked sausages.  We use only the highest quality, healthy, hormone/antibiotic free choice cut meat sourced from Ontario farms committed to sustainable farming practices.  For breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there is no way you can go wrong with any of these sausages.  Below are some of the varieties we currently have available. 

Andouille - Spicy cajun style smoked pork sausage.  Not just for Jambalaya.

Barese - Southern Italian finger thin sausage made with pork and lamb, pecorino and herbs.  The hands down favourite of my favourite woman.

Bratwurst (Mild and Spicy) - Traditional German pork sausage.  This one requires a partner in crime so grab a beer, preferably a Beau's.

Chorizo - Spanish pork sausage made with chilies, spices, and wine.  Dynamite with or without the casing.
